sounds of ximena

catch them if you can…you won’t regret it…
i hate visiting myspace pages but this is one of the best uses i’ve seen. stick a browser-sized (choose your resolution…whatever’s cool or pop at the time) graphic to post at the top.
it’s raining outside my window.
didn’t go to church today.
didn’t go to church yesterday.
didn’t go to church last week.
didn’t go to church last month.
didn’t go to church last year.
did go to cool hunting. for church.
or something of the sort.
I can’t wait. It’s been some time since I’ve seen these guys. The best was definitely the small show at the international festival. The warehouse won’t come close pero asi es la vida no. We could take a trip to austin’s zona rosa on Thursday night and see them twice. A much better venue by far than the warehouse.

recently subscribed to
magazine. what can i say. it’s good.
not quite the sun or killing the buddha, perhaps, but good in its own particular way, i guess.
killing the buddha recently received a facelift via wordpress but you can still visit the old site and archives here. they’re good.
not reading much good these days. or bad, for that matter.
not reading much at all.
not sure if that’s good or bad.
it’s the weekend and church is not on the agenda. hasn’t been for quite some time. not sure that’s good or bad.
not sure there is a good or bad.
the cool winter breeze is good. this house on fairbanks has been good. my best friend lina is definitely good. and so is frida and bukz, of course.
celebrated lina’s birthday by going to see regina spektor at the warehouse. a good show.
looking forward to seeing zechs again there soon and then cafe tacuba in december.
a cool breeze, a nice abode, a best friend, a funny dog, a quirky cat and some good sounds…
…is plenty good for me.
